I’ve bought several vehicles with Caromoto , when it works it’s good but I’ve had several instances where live auction has glitched and I have missed specific vehicles. They need to fix the live auction bugs where your not able to pull up auction it will be frozen no matter what device your on . If this becomes ongoing I will be looking for a new broker that does not have issues with live auction

This was the 2nd car I purchase from auction through Caromoto. Since you're buying at auction, with only limited information and a few pictures, you have to do a bit of diligence and look at the pictures carefully and make sure you read all the information and bid accordingly. But within those guidelines, I'm very happy to have found Caromoto and with the service they provide. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a vehicle. I was assisted by Katherine who walked me through the process of how to bid, select, pay for and pickup my vehicles. I then spoke with Kriss who assisted me with getting my deposits back. It took a couple of days but we did get everything situated. I appreciate your time and efforts. Looking forward to purchasing through them again!
