This healthcare establishment is first rate. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and most kind. They always seem to be in cheerful and pleasant moods. I wanted to share feedback about my recent visit. Unfortunately, the overall experience fell below expectations. The front desk staff were unwelcoming, which set a negative tone from the start. While the medical assistant I met with was kind, attentive, and made me feel that my concerns mattered, the nurse practitioner I saw was dismissive and appeared visibly annoyed.
