I am at a loss, I went in with an upper respiratory, sore throat, and sinus complaint.Then PA that was working could not be more unprofessional. You would have thought she would have checked my throat, nose, ears, lymph nodes and listened to my chest not just my back while she was talking the whole time, so I am unsure how she heard anything. Don’t go to this urgent care I only went because it was the closest to me at the time. I have asthma I informed I had asthma it’s documented I have asthma they never listened to my chest. They just took my vitals gave me a flu test and came back 15 minutes later informing I had the flu and gave me medicines to pick up (not given any during visit) and said have a good day did not give me any paper work. I went in Wednesday for left flank pain, I assumed a kidney stone since I have had them in the past. I gave a urine sample and Nurse Practitioner “V” told me there was no blood in my urine so I absolutely did not have a kidney stone. I finally got in to see my primary doctor today (Friday) and she ordered a CT , which showed, wouldn’t you know, a kidney stone. I didn’t go in asking for pain medicine. Think twice before bringing a sick child here. Especially if a certain PA is on duty. Ask at the desk if you must go here. Tonight we took my 3 yr old granddaughter for fever and pain. They took her temp, weight, height. Then gave us a cup to collect a urine sample. It’s hard to have a toddler who isn’t potty trained to pee on command. Maleena who is more concerned about making sure she gets out of work on time than she is about caring for anyone especially children under 5 years old. The level of trash should be working at the lake Wylie dump instead of or around any people. So if you have a child who needs medical attention take them LITERALLY anywhere but here. You will be rushed out and anywhere near close to closing time. Disgusting
