Went there because my son wasn’t feeling well and asked to go to dr. They basically did vitals and saw the kid for less than 10 minutes and told us they don’t have imagining there and we would have to go to hospital. A month later I got a bill for nearly 600 dollars. This place is a joke I would never go there again. Almost paid more for a nights stay in the hospital for the quick care. Just go to a hospital it will cost just as much.

I brought my daughter to CaroMont Urgent Care – Lake Wylie for concerning symptoms that needed evaluation. At check-in, the front desk did state they likely would not be able to treat her condition, which already made the visit feel discouraging. However, we proceeded with the visit expecting at least a basic medical assessment. Front desk amazing, medical assistant very good, provider experience not good. Long wait, didn’t listen to me and referred me to wound care that couldn’t see me for a month!

This facility is clean and relatively new. From a health perspective they did nothing for me. They told me they are not equipped to treat me. My sugars were high and they did not have any insulin so I had to go to a different emergency room for treatment.

The facility is beautifully designed and has such a seamless flow. The staff is very friendly down to earth and attentive. I was very impressed with my provider Helen Leahy. She made me feel heard as a patient and is very thoughtful and intuitive. When I think of the Caromont CARES values as both an employee or patient, Helen is a perfect example of this. Thank you everyone
