BEWARE!!! I have a $40 urgent care (UC) copay then the rest is paid by ins (ins). Except I owed money as my ins paid then applied some to deductible. Called ins and Caromont had billed place of service (POS) 11, doctor's office, but UC POS is 20. Because I saw an NP, they billed it as if I saw her SUPERVISING physician. HE is non-par, so ins paid as out of network. This is my go-to when we can’t get into primary doctors. I’ve always been pleased with the service and the providers and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
