This was my 1st time to this office. This was a surgical consult appt. Made over the phone. I asked how long the appt. Would be because I had to be back to work, and I was told no longer than 30 mins. I left work on my lunch break, I checked in at 130pm. Between the time I waited to see the surgeon and the amt. of time it took for him to go over the surgery and answer my questions it was a little over and hour. All the staff and people there were very helpful, kind and concerned.The surgeon that will be operating on me Wednesday, seems to be very kind and good at his job.The whole staff made me feel very much at ease, comfortable, and confident about my upcoming procedure.
