Unfortunately I have a reoccurring issue with cysts about once a year. I do have to say that Dr Payne and his staff have always been top notch at providing me with the best care for my issues.

Staff and Physicians were friendly, but they accepted my appointment for a procedure that they do not provide, and only notified me of that during the consultation. They would not refund my co-pay.

I had my very first surgery here and the staff made me feel so comfortable and reassured me during the entire process. From my first consultation to post op appointment was a great experience.

If I could give no stars I would, this Doctor didn’t even try to examine me, checking in and check out was the only people who were nice, when taking me to examination room lady asking me questions and asked did I smoke tobacco or Marijuana and I said no & she said “you don’t” and I said “no I do not why ? “ and she goes to say because I can smell it on you really heavily and I said no I don’t smoke I use to but that was a while ago, I didn’t have my car my brother did and he does smoke , so that’s where the smell is coming ... read more
