Dr. Murphy and his medical staff were amazing! The woman at the front desk on 5/2 was an angel! However, I returned for questions about my doctors note on 5/4, and the front desk worker (rude and young) did NOTHING to help me. Couldn't answer any of my questions, couldn't connect me to anyone to help, basically said I was out of luck-- however they could check me in and I could get a "new" doctors note from a doctor who didn't do my stitches. I experienced the best medical care I've ever received at this location. Every member of the staff was exceptional. The emergency staff was knowledgeable, efficient but thorough, and treated me with empathy. In the event of future medical needs, I'll definitely come to this location.
I took my son to the ER after being bit by a raccoon. We went immediately into a room and were seen by a nurse and doctor within minutes. Both were kind and compassionate. The entire experience was amazing!
The rating giving is based on the disregard and lack of understanding of the note required for my job by your doctor, Renee Fulbright. The government job requires a specific return-to-work note. The note should state, “The day I was seen that I was unable to perform my duties.” That is all I requested. Unfortunately, Dr. Fulbright chose not to listen or care to understand why it was important and wrote "recommended limited screen time", which has resulted in me being placed on light duty when I did not request to be limited ... read more
Great visit to see doctor Murphy and Ashley they were outstanding. No waiting got it resolved promptly absolutely amazing staff.
