Took my father in for what we thought was a spider bite. Told them he was diabetic They took his temperature checked his blood pressure and did an x-ray prescribed him. Antibiotics and pain medicine never drew any blood never checked for anything in blood work got him home. Super friendly staff from the very beginning from nurse Kenzie , Brittney was awesome and very friendly!! You could easily feel the care from this staff at this facility. In my opinion health care should always start with care and that’s exactly what I felt from start to finish!! Dr. Murphy and his medical staff were amazing! The woman at the front desk on 5/2 was an angel! However, I returned for questions about my doctors note on 5/4, and the front desk worker (rude and young) did NOTHING to help me. Couldn't answer any of my questions, couldn't connect me to anyone to help, basically said I was out of luck-- however they could check me in and I could get a "new" doctors note from a doctor who didn't do my stitches. I experienced the best medical care I've ever received at this location. Every member of the staff was exceptional. The emergency staff was knowledgeable, efficient but thorough, and treated me with empathy. In the event of future medical needs, I'll definitely come to this location.
I took my son to the ER after being bit by a raccoon. We went immediately into a room and were seen by a nurse and doctor within minutes. Both were kind and compassionate. The entire experience was amazing!
