10/10 everyone was nice and friendly.
Posting this on behalf of my niece who was injured at work... She got to the doctor's office around 3 and apparently the older receptionist working there told her "Well we close at 4." My niece thankfully got to see the doctor before they closed, but she said even they were talking about how "late" it was for them. I don't know what kind of people are signing up for these positions, but you should NOT be going into the medical field with the mindset that it's just any other 9 to 5. VICTORIA ROBINSON FNP-C was great and very respectful. She was so helpful about my situation and gave me great knowledge on moving forward trying to get my health back together and me back to work..The staff was fast about getting me in a room when i arrived...Wonderful experience and will go back...Thank you CAROMONT OCCUPATIONAL MEDICINE CENTER........
They deserve a ZERO! The service is awful. They have absolutely no respect for patients and their timing. I had a 9:30AM appointment for a simple drug test. I waited 40 minutes, got fed up, and finally spoke to the receptionist to complain about the wait. The office was basically empty. The only answer they could give was “We will be with you shortly.” I definitely plan to complain higher up!
Very rude all the way around. Front staff and doctor. Doctor kept cutting me off not addressing any concerns. Please if you have a choice don't cone here
