Office staff is so rude. I called to set up appointment for my father for after he has his test and the receptionist badgers me as to why I cancelled his appointment one or two months earlier. I canceled it well before the 24 hour limit. I told her that he hasn't had his test yet. There was no reason to come. Everybody at caromont offices are just uncaring and unwelcoming to patients.
