The recording for the scheduling department says, “they put patients first”, but they mean have patience because you will be on hold forever if you ever get through.
They NEVER answer the phone and not an option to leave a voice mail. I have been calling since last week and have been on hold for over an hour. I finally called back and pushed another key just to get a person on the line thats not in scheduling but said she has to put in complaints against them for this same reason because people call her complaining that they can't get an answer. Had appointment here for over 4 weeks gave all my insurance information then. Received multiple texts confirming said appointment. Get there at appointed time for them to say your insurance does not cover your mammogram. They had WEEKS to verify this very poor customer service. Will never recommend for family or foe.
I have a wonderful experience for my mammogram. My technician was very helpful, compassionate and empathetic!
I love my last two appointments. The procedures went well and the medical staff was fabulous. The reason for my low rating is solely the scheduling department. How can I make an appointment if they don’t answer the phone? I’ve called numerous times to remain on hold until I’m feed up. That’s unacceptable.
