Review is about scheduling. Waited years for a doctor to get me a CT to find out why my abdomen keeps increasing in size and first call to schedule they put me at Belmont, the farthest away location, then give me the arrival time not telling me the appointment is actually two hours later. Thank God I looked at MyChart. So I had to call back and reschedule. Then I get a call saying that my appointment is cancelled because there is a barium shortage. I was honestly shocked at the friendly staff! The wait time was awesome! I never expected to be in and out so quickly and the staff was so polite! Highly recommend and worth the Drive for me. Especially what I have been used to from another Hospital
The recording for the scheduling department says, “they put patients first”, but they mean have patience because you will be on hold forever if you ever get through.
They NEVER answer the phone and not an option to leave a voice mail. I have been calling since last week and have been on hold for over an hour. I finally called back and pushed another key just to get a person on the line thats not in scheduling but said she has to put in complaints against them for this same reason because people call her complaining that they can't get an answer.
