Had appointment here for over 4 weeks gave all my insurance information then. Received multiple texts confirming said appointment. Get there at appointed time for them to say your insurance does not cover your mammogram. They had WEEKS to verify this very poor customer service. Will never recommend for family or foe.
I have a wonderful experience for my mammogram. My technician was very helpful, compassionate and empathetic!
I love my last two appointments. The procedures went well and the medical staff was fabulous. The reason for my low rating is solely the scheduling department. How can I make an appointment if they don’t answer the phone? I’ve called numerous times to remain on hold until I’m feed up. That’s unacceptable.
I was At Summit imaging With Caramont 6/13/25. I had a very serious issue to be checked out and I had very good news. Everyone was friendly and took their time and it’s a beautiful clean place and peaceful.. What I truly appreciated the most was the Friendliness of everyone. I can’t say enough about this place as far as any other places that I’ve have imaging at this is place is AWESOME.!
