Had my first colonoscopy here today. Everyone was super nice and made me comfortable from start to finish.
Another Update: so had 2nd procedure done. And surprise, over 3 weeks and no follow up from this office at all. Had to get my Primary Care doctor to access it and let me know the results were fine. DO NOT go to the office if you expect answers and communications. Absolute failure of office. My PC actually said she is stopping all referrals to this location because I’m not the only patient that has had this issue. Had one procedure done and doctor has ordered another. Had a colonoscopy done today... The staff is excellent!! From the time you walk in until the time you walk out . Very nice , gentle, make you feel comfortable and at ease!
Had one procedure done and doctor has ordered another. Can’t get any feedback on the initial procedure or why the new test has been ordered. Nobody wants to provide answers and find out. Seems like CaroMont at this location just wants to make you keep taking test (with no reason given) so they can continue to bill you and your insurance. Zero support or any help at all from the support staff at this location.
Had an appointment with this facility and showed up 1 minute late due to traffic and was turned away. Had to wait 2 months for the appt to begin with, After ALL the dr offices people sit in and waiting sometimes hrs to be seen past the original appts. this is how patients are now treated? Will NOT be returning. People die this way and doctors could care less in America now. SHAMEFUL!
