Through the endoscopy experience, the front desk, my follow up visit with Dr Khanderkar, I found the staff helpful and thorough. My experience was the best.
Due to my age (45) I was told during my physical exam by my primary care provider that I need a colonoscopy screening. I was provided (3) options by the referral coordinator and I chose the Caromont facility because our family is in their system and all providers that we use are associated with Caromont. Called for 2 weeks and no return phone call or paper work .was scheduled for Mon to have surgery.this place is the worst.Do they not listen to voice mail.?
Please do not waste your time. This is the most unknowledgable medical office. I have ever seen in my life. I been waiting waiting days just for them to send an order over to radiology to get my daughters J- tube changed out. Radiology finally got the order and it was all wrong it was for a consultation. Smh. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. They act if they dont know what's going on...
