I was rejected to get the medical procedure just because I didn't get a family member or friends with me, how rude and crazy policy is this, I just moved to Charlotte area not long time ago, so I can't get the medical procedure if I don't have any family member or friends??????? So I can only wait for dying if I get serious illnesses??????

If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would! First class experience from the waiting room to recovery room, each and every person I came in contact with was AMAZING!
If I could give negative stars I would. I had a colonoscopy scheduled for Friday in May and began the mixture Thursday. The appointment was scheduled in November! I received a call at 3pm on Thursday (day before) to say they just realized they needed pre-authorization from my insurance. Not sure why they waited until 3pm the day before my procedure to check on this and I had already begun the prep. Very unprofessional! If I cancel a doctor's appointment less than 24 hours, I get billed..the same should apply. Will NEVER use ... read more
