I was rejected to get the medical procedure just because I didn't get a family member or friends with me, how rude and crazy policy is this, I just moved to Charlotte area not long time ago, so I can't get the medical procedure if I don't have any family member or friends??????? So I can only wait for dying if I get serious illnesses??????

If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would! First class experience from the waiting room to recovery room, each and every person I came in contact with was AMAZING!
