They did so good. They were quick and very sweet to my cat. They made her as comfortable as possible. Will definitely keep using them in the future!
I’ve given this grooming company several chances first time was horrific second time wasn’t great third time was decent. I had one great experience with a groomer who no longer works for them. Carolyn has groomed my cat twice. Both times she’s groomed my Persian rag doll she has shamed me on her coat and this past time today she was complaining about the access into my neighborhood she came in with complete negative energy to the point she threatened to cancel the appointment. Hired Carolyn’s Mobile Cat Grooming to groom my two medium/long haired cats. The summer shed has been pretty bad this year. Beth and team were wonderful with my kitties, ensuring that they were calm and comfortable. The team provided grooming education and tips - showing me how to effectively brush my cats’ coats with the right tools so that I am equipped to better manage the shedding between grooms.
The groomers were efficient and professional but still gave my cat the special attention she needed to feel comfortable. Highly recommend!
