Carolyn and her team member came by today to help with my kitty's dirty rear end. They did an amazing job handling her and also gave me so much knowledge I had not previous known! Not only was Carolyn super knowledgeable, but also provided recommendations for combs, food, probiotics & more. Have been working with this company for a few years and I love all of their technicians. They are excellent with my cats and always do a superb job.
Carolyn and her team are very knowledgeable and skilled at their craft - They groomed my notoriously wiggly cat with confidence, and peppered their thoughtful, attentive service with tips and advice on everything from grooming techniques to food recommendations. I can't recommend them enough - I will definitely be scheduling with them again!
This grooming company is THE BEST in town. Excellent customer service, they treat our kitties with love and Roy is a pro in lion shaving my babies. Thank you Carolyn for your 5 star service!
I am happy to say that they have gotten their scheduling system in place, and our girls are now getting their nails trimmed approximately every 6 to 8 weeks, which makes the kitties more comfortable with groomed nails. Very happy now. They used to be a trustworthy company. Now that they have more clients they just threw us to the curb. We wanted nail trims every 6 weeks, the last time they showed up was in February, we can't get an appointment for nail trims. Every time I try to make an appointment I get an excuse.
