Carolyn and her assistant were amazing! They both were patient, understanding, and informative with my cat Luna. I was more than pleased with their services and would recommend to anyone.
We've scheduled for 3yrs now and appreciate and look forward to these appointments every time!! Merlynn is 4yrs old and a domestic short hair. We started grooming appointments shortly after she turned 1. It doesn't matter which staff member handles the grooming, she's used to them now, and the team is extremely well trained, full of expert knowledge, and have wonderful personalities themselves!
