Carolyn and her team are very knowledgeable and skilled at their craft - They groomed my notoriously wiggly cat with confidence, and peppered their thoughtful, attentive service with tips and advice on everything from grooming techniques to food recommendations. I can't recommend them enough - I will definitely be scheduling with them again!
This grooming company is THE BEST in town. Excellent customer service, they treat our kitties with love and Roy is a pro in lion shaving my babies. Thank you Carolyn for your 5 star service!
I am happy to say that they have gotten their scheduling system in place, and our girls are now getting their nails trimmed approximately every 6 to 8 weeks, which makes the kitties more comfortable with groomed nails. Very happy now. They used to be a trustworthy company. Now that they have more clients they just threw us to the curb.
