I called Ms Carolyn near 5pm on a Saturday from Michigan in a panic because my uncle's funeral was the day after a holiday (MLK day) and in an area I knew little about. I was emotional, unsure of what I wanted, and indecisive. I gave her no real information other than I wanted it "Carolina (Tarheels) themed".
