I called a company to make a payment. Kim answered for the answering service. When I explained it was my 3rd call to make a payment, she retorted "I just answer the phones I can't control if they call you back". When I told her I was giving her the information to include with the message and asked was it included, she replied very nasty with, "I know how to take a message." Working there was horrible. 2nd shift supervisor is terrible and if you're a good employee who actually does your job, everything you do will be criticized and you will constantly be told what you're doing is wrong by someone who barely works. On the other hand, if you make friends with the lead, you can sit around talking/playing on your cellphone all night while ignoring the phones and nobody will bat an eye.
