I met Carolyn through In Motion Fitness in Cornelius. I had just completed a workout session and felt a pinch in my lower back. I layed down on a table and she saw me in some pain, she immediately came over and mentioned she was a massage therapist and asked if she could see if she could help. Through conversation and some muscle manipulation, she was able to find the source of the pain and did some deep massage- it was like magic -the pain melted away!
