Gives lawyers a bad name
Absolutely incredible representation. I was able to secure an Expanded Standard Custody Agreement to see my son more! Mrs. Robertson and Shirley were so kind and patient. I feel as if they held my hand the entire way through and calmed my anxiety and fears. So grateful will always recommend her law firms services!
Our family hired Carolyn for a legal matter and spent thousands of dollars, but got nothing but problems in return. She was very rude, slow to respond, and ultimately failed to achieve any results. This was not just unsatisfactory—it created more issues than it solved. I would strongly caution anyone considering her services. Very slow, it takes her months at a time to file documents. On top of that she created major issues between my ex and myself by filing items that were not discussed. We went from getting along to not speaking at all after Carolyn filed requesting supervision and made it sound as if there were issues outside of us just getting along. When asked about it she made it seem as if it was an accident, then proceeded to do it again and attempt to bill for it.
