Dr Nelson is a great Endocrinologist. When I first met her i was injecting a crazy amount of insulin. In the years I saw her she got me off insulin I dropped weight and now I no longer see her. She did a great job with me. All you have to do is do what she tells you. Thats it. Anyone who says she ius not a great doctor is insane. Thank you very much Dr Nelson. May you have a great practice and enjoy your life and know you are very great at what you do
Dr. Nelson is amazing. I love her personality, love that she is blunt, love how she explains things—she is the perfect doctor for someone who appreciates a no frills approach and wants solutions. She also works cooperatively with other specialists and her office staff, Tabatha and Paige are AMAZING!! They are awesome with preauths, working to get meds, and have the best attitude. She is always on time and even if she was not, she would be worth the wait!! This is THE BEST endocrinologist!!
I have been holding for 20 minutes twice! They say no one in line. Is this really a doctor's office?.
The amount of time you have to wait to just speak to someone is ridiculous. I called to reschedule an appointment and waited 18 minutes before just giving up. At one point someone answered and asked "can you please hold?" as if I hadn't been doing that the entire time. All of SJC offices are like this now. We first chose SJC for our healthcare needs because they were professional and catered to their patients. They've really gone downhill.
She doesn’t really care about the patient wellbeing, everything is about a dollar.
