Dr. Nichols was my kiddos' pediatrician from infancy until they were 4 & 2 respectively, and I feel so incredibly lucky to have had her to walk me through those vital first few years. She was always calm, friendly, a good listener AND communicator, and really excellent at getting back to you when you called the office with a concern. She walked me through breastfeeding difficulties, toddler injuries, vaccines, and the Covid years. Good doctor, listens to concerns and covers treatment options sufficiently. I like how she is younger as I think doctors closer to medical school tend to be more up to date with treatment options. The front desk people are nice too. Too bad Optum itself is not great in terms of being able to communicate with the right people at the right times. Too many call centers, departments, etc.

The Optum system is the worst. Even if they work hard or not, anything works there.
