I have confidence in Dr. Carline Manhart. She made an effort to understand my limited English and clearly explained that if my blood pressure reaches a certain level, I should come to the hospital to get medication prescribed. She also recommended that I receive the pneumococcal vaccine and gave me a prescription for it.
Dr Manhart is the most dedicated Doctor I have ever known. Quite knowledgeable and courteous.
