Carolyn is exactly the person you'd want on your team for the home-buying process. As a first-time homebuyer in a competitive market, I needed to work with someone that was patient, knowledgeable, and willing to be realistic with me. I met Carolyn through her husband from work and decided to take a chance with a realtor which I didn't know. Carolyn was an excellent choice as an agent to sell my home. She was proactive in communications, very clear and articulate with instructions & documents, and was instrumental in closing a deal well well above my asking price.
