Over many years, Carolyn Daitch has helped me improve my life through cognitive behavioral therapy. I have general anxiety disorder. She is patient, kind, empathic, gives me her opinion and most important reachable when in crisis. I recently had a massive uptick in anxiety and depression. I was not well at all. Carolyn was with me every step of the way, at times daily. I wasn't able to find the medical care I needed and Carolyn persisted in getting me into seeing a psychiatrist who worked with me to get me on the right meds.... read more
Dr Daitch is absolutely incredible. She is honest, genuine and extremely intellegent. I have been seeing her for the past couple of years and I can not believe all of the tricks and techniques that she has taught me to improve my life. She is gifted and is the BEST psychologist out there. She does not just tell me what I want to hear. She puts thought into every piece of advice that she tells me and I look forward to our sessions. I highly recommend her to everyone!
Dr. Daitch has helped me tremendously, each appointment I have had with her she has taught me a wide range of tools and techniques to help tame stress and anxiety. Through meeting with her and being exposed to these tools my anxiety that once was very overwhelming is very easily managed. I would recommend her services to anyone with anxiety who's willing to try and tame it.
