Super grateful for this place. My 1 year old very active golden Milo got a 1/2” splinter stuck behind a tonsil while on a sunset hike yesterday. They were able to sedate him and remove it in a very timely fashion. Their availability, care, communication and professionalism was top notch all the way through the process from receptionists, vet techs, and doctors. Highly recommend and extremely grateful. Thank you!
All the people are compassionate and caring. Our 14 year old baby was not good and our regular vet couldn't see her. They took great care of our Halo and us. Thank you !
Accidentally ran over my bulldog with my F350 truck and rushed him to this hospital. I was referred by San Juan Animal Hospital which is also awesome. The staff at VMSG was compassionate and caring and got us right in for treatment. After X Rays, blood work and other tests - my dog (amazingly) is going to be just fine. Really glad that I came to this facility and I’d definitely recommend to others.
Very bad phone service. 1st call: they hung up on me without answering, 2nd call put on hold for over 5 mins without answering, 3rd call put on hold for over 5 mins without answering, 4th call picked right up but couldn't get any useful information. Time well wasted
I Googled the nearest 24-hour vet to bring my dog to since he ingested something he wasn't supposed to eat, and when I arrived, I kept ringing the doorbell over and over, and there was no answer. I even waited a few minutes, and still no answer. Now imagine if my dog was bleeding out and having to wait for who knows how long for someone to answer the door…unacceptable. Do better go somewhere else and don't waste your time here.
