I am so disgusted and offended with the front desk service. My credit card double-charged for a room despite only staying one night and the attendant refused to refund me the difference. It was a booking issue on the hotel's end and they refuse to accept responsibility despite admitting fault over the phone in our first conversation about it. We called and booked ahead of time to make sure that we were able to bring our tractors here and the man at the desk assured us that it was okay to do so. We showed up and had a polite conversation as we paid for the room... After getting our room and bringing in all our stuff, we made a couple of drinks... Not 20 minutes later we were a call from the front desk telling us that our trucks were disturbing other patrons. If you do come here, beware of room 2! The room smelt so bad, it smelt like cat piss combined with an abandoned like smell. View of lake was nice though, but I would not come back here though.
