Very disappointed in this hotel. We asked for a refund as the highway is closed due to unforeseen circumstances and we won't be able to make it to the hotel for the night as we are too far away. They couldn't care less! Won't be staying here again.

I take back my review....I've sent numerous people here on motorcycles as part of a trip I've planned. Recently 11 friends whom I recommended to stay here had the worst experience ever. I was getting calls about how poorly they were treated. The wife of this place needs to stay out of the business side. What a rude, horrible person. Cultural difference, whatever it is, rude is rude....your wife is the rudest of all. Never be back and all recommendations are done. Learn to speak to people with respect. I had a wonderful stay at Crystal Beach Motel. The service was absolutely impeccable — friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring.
