Our experience started with Jeff who came to inspect our basement and give us an estimate. From that moment on, our experience was wonderful! He was very helpful and informative. Jeff, Sam and Ed were extremely nice and did a great job!! When they were all done, everything was explained in a way that I could easily understand. We are so thankful that we chose Carolyn Basement Technologies and I have already recommended them to a friend!!

Jeff, who was the foreman did an outstanding job of leading his team during our crawlspace waterproofing project. Their team worked diligently and paid great attention to detail. They were professional and very hard workers. My husband was very impressed with their work ethic. Thank you for a job well done. We are looking forward to a dry our crawlspace after many years of sucking up water after heavy rainfalls. We will definitely refer neighbors, friends and family to Carolyn Basement Technologies.

Very accommodating to finding a date to do the job. Ed was very informative and did a great job explaining their product and laying out a plan that best suited our house. The guys that came and did the work did a great job and finished it quickly. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to waterproof their basement!i!i! Amazing
