Had great service from technician Jeff at Carolyn Crawl Space & Basement Technologies today at my daughter’s home in Greenville. She has owned the home only 1 year and so we had no idea of how the sump pump system was set up. Thankfully they had installed hang cards with their phone number on so it was easy to contact them. They answered my voicemail on July 4 within 2 hours and set up an appointment for the following Monday. Had a 100 foot french drain installed 3 years ago. Properly sealed foundation and added protective membrane. Trench was hand dug, zero damage to lawn. Perforated pipe and gravel etc. Installed 20 mil vapor barrier and dehumidifier under my home. Eliminated practically all water into crawl space. Great, understated service, we'll done indeed. Highly recommend their service.
A representative of this company, Jeff Ruiz (I believe the owner) came out 1-23-25 to inspect my crawlspace. I own a 3/2 mobile home. I was told I need a vapor barrier (20ML), a dehumidifier and an electrical outlet installed. Estimate is $9,500.00. I had three other companies come out and I was told the vapor barrier is not needed, but if I decided at a later date to have one installed, I have been quoted $4,800. Consumers beware!!! I will be posting excellent reviews of those three "other companies".

Jeff and the entire team at Carolyn Basement Technologies were excellent to work with. They provided quick responses to questions, showed up on time, were very professional and courteous, cleaned up their work area completely and were truly great to work with. It’s hard to find a company who does what they say they’re going to do, but this is one of them. I highly recommend them.
