Arrogant and unfriendly staff (Hillsborough office).
Experienced and knowledgeable doctor. Great office. Small practice. Helpful staff and nurses. Give her a try, you’ll be glad you did.
Dr. DeLucia is one of the kindest GYN's I have ever met! I've been to other GYN's before and I've never felt so comfortable with someone like I do with her. She makes me feel good about myself and she's so understanding. I would highly recommend her to everybody! She's just that great!
Dr. Delucia is the FIRST gynecologist that I felt ever actually LISTENED to me. I went through several before finding her. Needless to say, I have now been coming to her for somewhere between 15 & 20 years!!! She never makes you feel rushed and her staff is friendly and helpful!!
Office staff is very rude, doesn't greet patients standing right in front of them, or stop conversation, until you interrupt them. Dr. Delucia is OK, but her attention and time spent with patients have declined over the past few years. Seems more interested in her skincare practice. This office also won't stop texting, emailing, and calling me to make an appointment, even though I haven't been there in 3 years. I finally had to block their number.
The staff is incredibly rude and always give me a major attitude when I need an appointment change or a prescription refill. On top of that- when I come for my appt I'm left waiting in the waiting room for over 45 minutes and then another 20 in the actual room. When she finally views me its a less then five minute check where she barely gives me the time of day. Her practice is very unprofessional and I suggest finding someone else.
I went here for five years and the lack of the professionalism at this establishment is unreal. The staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful. You sit in the waiting room for at least an hour after your appointment was supposed to be. They reschedule on you all the time and can never fit you in. Dr Delucia tries to squeeze as many people in as possible causing her to rush and not look carefully at each individual patient. This establishment is poorly run, I do not recommend to anyone.
The experience is always very pleasant - from beginning to end. The entire staff is very warm and friendly -- and helpful. Dr. Delucia is a down to earth, funny and warm person who just happens to be a doctor with lots of knowledge as well! I am satisfied all around.
