This property was beautiful to tour. Very well cared for. Kerry… the leasing agent was great. He was very helpful and inviting and truly tried his best to find something that worked for my son’s timeline and budget. Unfortunately, there was nothing available soon enough. Kerry’s customer service stood out among many properties viewed!!

I’ve lived here for 6 months, and the experience has honestly been beyond frustrating. Here’s just a short list of the issues I’ve dealt with so far: - They lost my lease paperwork - They lost my inventory sheet - It took 3 months to process my voucher, and they blamed me the entire time even after I provided proof that everything had already been submitted - It took 2 months just to get access to the package room - Trash is constantly left everywhere around the property - Maintenance enters apartments without proper notice ... read more
I wouldn’t get within 100 ft of this apartment, I’ve lived here for 9 months now & 6 of them this garage door has been broken for, there’s constant trash everywhere. Management is terrible. It took me weeks to get my voucher fulfilled & only was done after I got lawyers involved. They do not tow due to an audit so feel free to park anywhere, the manager told me they lost my lease & said it’s up to me to make things right. If possible to downgrade this apartment to a 0 star it would be a compliment for them. STAY AWAY!!
The views here are amazing and Ernesto was the best! He made the choice to move here easy. Whole place is being renovated so just keeps getting better!
