I paid nearly $2,000/month to live here. You’d think that would come with basic maintenance, professionalism, and integrity. I reported an A/C leak that caused rust stains in my tub—multiple times. No one ever showed up. Then I was told, in writing, that I wouldn’t be charged for the damage. When I moved out, I was charged anyway. I followed up with management over the phone and gave them every opportunity to correct the error. They chose not to. Sad.
