Wow can I just say that the leasing team here at The Banks is exceptional. From my entrance into the building Kerry just made it feel like home without even starting the tour yet. I really appreciate a community that puts their residents experience first and prioritizes them. Would love to call this place home. Thank you so much to Kerry for an amazing experience.
Every other day my AC stops working here. It’s a terrible experience.
Update: August 26. Friends and I are all having packages are getting stolen. The Banks is overpriced. It is marketed as a luxury apartment complex and it certainly is not. Management recently had a switch so there is natural growing pains, but I’ll highlight 3 points that earn the 2-Star. 1) Security. There has been maintenance on the garage door that stays open and some other push doors normally requiring key fob, are just unlocked. That’s not a huge deal.
