Spent $150.00 on a bouquet for my mother in law's birthday. I ordered them from 1800flowers. Carol's was the shop to fill the order. When My mother in law sent a picture of the flowers they looked nothing like what I ordered and certainly not worth $150.00. 1800flowers were great. They apologized and sent a replacement arrangement and even called my mother in law personally to apologize. I called Carol to let her know my disappointment in the arrangement.
