Spent $150.00 on a bouquet for my mother in law's birthday. I ordered them from 1800flowers. Carol's was the shop to fill the order. When My mother in law sent a picture of the flowers they looked nothing like what I ordered and certainly not worth $150.00. 1800flowers were great. They apologized and sent a replacement arrangement and even called my mother in law personally to apologize. I called Carol to let her know my disappointment in the arrangement. Placed an order for delivery on Mother’s Day through the website. I spent $169.58, and received a confirmation number and receipt that said “delivery May 9.” Well it never showed up. No call or email. Just never showed up. I have used this florist in the past without issue though the website. If you’re not going to deliver, then your website should reflect that. I shouldn’t be able to put in a delivery date and pay.
