Unfortunately it’s gone from 5 stars to 1 over the years. Ordered and paid for a spare part that couldn’t be delivered, which is ok - it happens. Over 10 days now - I am getting ignored over a refund: called - was told: we call you back - no call back; went in there - was told it was processed, however they can’t produce any evidence of the refund.
