Reply : Find the photo of the quote — $14,625??? Are you guys serious? In your quote, you never mentioned the engine mounts because you failed to identify that the noise was actually coming from faulty mounts. I replaced the engine mounts for $1,500, and the issue was fixed completely. Your inability to diagnose the actual problem, while instead providing a $14,625 quote, is either extreme incompetence or blatant dishonesty toward your customers.
