I needed a pre-purchase inspection and Robbie was a lifesaver to fit me in. Even though the car wasn't in his usual area, he made it work. His communication is responsive, warm and friendly. I really appreciated his honesty – he showed me the old parts from my Suzuki Swift and clearly explained what actually needed replacing and what didn't. As a busy working mum. I am very dependent on my car for everyday needs and was very appreciative of the quick response and action to get my car back on the road (despite bad weather). I had to problem solve getting my car to the mechanics for repairs as it wouldn’t start. Carologists (mobile car repair services) was the best solution for my breakdown. I am always reluctant to deal with car issues without my husband but I am very pleased with the service I received from Nick, thank you so much.
