I had a wonderful experience with this floral shop! The arrangement was absolutely beautiful—fresh, vibrant, and thoughtfully designed. Caroline was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. The flowers were delivered timely and exceeded my expectations. You can really tell she takes pride in her work. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for stunning flowers and excellent customer service.
The Best Long-Distance Flower Shop Experience! Even though I live 1,811 miles away, ordering flowers for a grieving colleague in Mount Vernon from Caroline's shop was seamless. Caroline's customer service was incredible: she explained everything, ensured the delivery was made before freezing temperatures hit, and even texted me a photo of the beautiful arrangement right before delivery. What an easy and pleasant experience! Her creativity, attention to detail, and customer service are simply the best.
I live out of state and contacted Caroline about arranging and delivering flowers to my friend’s mom. Caroline was super helpful when discussing what to order and delivered the flowers a few miles out of town. She even texted a picture of the beautiful arrangement so I could see it. She’s very thoughtful!
