Disappointed is an understatement. Ordered an expensive flower arrangement for the passing of a friend's father. Two weeks later, still not there with zero communication and unable to get in touch with them. Finally was able to get someone on the phone to have them refund my credit card. It's not about the money but knowing a loved one did not know we were thinking of her is what hurts the most. Next time going with a reputable florist!

We paid a lot of money after your shop came HIGHLY recommended for flowers to be sent to a very significant funeral. Our family was embarrassed at the arrangement sitting in front of everyone with our names on them. It was sloppy and very poorly done. I can not understand how someone would even be proud of letting something like that out of their shop at any price, much less the price we were charged. I ordered the Telefloras Pleasing Purple Bouquet & what I received absolutely looked nothing like what I thought I was ordering. The Bouquet has no Lily’s in in at all which is the main reason that I ordered tht specific one & was definitely not worth the $60 that I paid.
