I purchased a Black Forest cake as a gift for my wife for her birthday on June 9th, 2025. She is from Switzerland and was delighted that I found a Black Forest cake, a traditional favorite of hers. I have ordered their delicious cakes as gifts for years- always to rave reviews. Beautiful packaging, time delivery and all truly delicious. I needed help with a last minute order today and Susan was a Superstar! My bestie is extremely ill and I didn’t order in time to get her cake delivered on her birthday. Hello, I bought a Red Velet cake for my brother's birthday. I had it shipped directly to him and the process came off very easy and so satisfying. The cake arrived in perfect condition and on time. The cake was so easy to remove from the tin due to the smart way it was packed with the plastic to lift it from the tin. The best part was the cake. Amazing cakes. Amazing customer service! We send delicious Caroline's cakes to all our family's birthdays. Last week I mistakenly sent a cake to my billing address instead of to my brother in law in Georgia. We got cupcakes they were terrible. I would rather have Walmart bakery.
