I ordered a half Carmel half southern chocolate cake for my wife’s birthday. I froze it upon receiving it and followed the defrosting instructions but after one hour the Carmel frosting was melting off the cake. By the time it defrosted about 40% of the frosting had melted and run off the cake. Needless to say I will go elsewhere in the future. They tout this cake and that’s what I get? Not a good look folks

Truckers you can come the night before and after they are closed and back to dock besides steps..just be awake at 0745 because they are ready to unload at 0800..very sweet people here..Quick unload...tricky place so plan on looking at place with Google before arriving...
The cake was $75 which is crazy but I paid for it anyway to give a try! Well I wish I hadn’t! It was extremely dry and definitely not worth the money. You can buy one in the Walmart freezer section that will you put you on cloud 9 because this one definitely didn’t!
