Dr. Yang is the best ENT I have ever seen. She is super smart, skillful, knowledgable, and as a bonus, very nice and funny.
I recently had an appointment with this provider and overall the visit was okay, but not especially memorable. I did have to wait about 20 minutes in the exam room before being seen, and there wasn’t any acknowledgment or apology for the delay. The appointment itself was straightforward and I didn’t have any complex concerns, but I would have appreciated a bit more engagement and bedside manner during the visit.
