I made the decision to work through the Soma series for the second time many years later and this time with Caroline, of whom I found at the Bellingham Yoga Collective. I am 70 and have had lots of bodywork during the past 20 years - different kinds of massage, chiropractic adjustment, cranio-sacral therapy. Nothing has been as helpful and long-term curative as structural integration therapy. Caroline is really good at what she does. I trust her completely.

I've worked with Caroline for the past couple years now and I love everything about the way she practices. Her experience as a structural integration therapist has really support my body in resolving long-term patterns. She's attentive to pressure preferences and is sensitive to what my needs might be on any particular day. I really feel like my body gets a much needed tune-up when I get a massage from Caroline!
