I came to Goran for hypnotherapy for weight loss after struggling for years with emotional eating and lack of motivation. From the first session I felt understood and supported. The sessions helped me change my mindset around food and build healthier habits without feeling deprived. I’ve lost weight steadily and, more importantly, I feel in control for the first time in a long while. I’m genuinely grateful for the positive change this has brought into my life.

I've been having acupuncture appointments with Lana and had a hypnotherapy session with Goran, and the results I've already been getting from just a small amount of time is incredible. My skin hasn't been the best for over a year now and it's been getting better from my very first session, and this is the first time ever I didn't have many PMS symptoms. Hypnotherapist Goran at Caroline Springs Wellness Clinic transformed my flight anxiety in just three sessions. His caring approach using hypnosis and breathing tools helped me board flights calmly — I even slept through a Europe trip! My general anxiety has eased too.
