Thorough, efficient and incredible bedside manner. Has treated me and my mom and we’ve both been extremely pleased!
A lot of times I feel that doctors/surgeons who are very good in their field have little to no bedside manner. It’s sort of the sacrifice you need to make in order to get a great doctor. But Dr. Soyka is the exception here, Dr. Soyka took her time to listen to my heath concerns and I feel like she came up with a plan I felt comfortable with. Words cannot describe the incredible experience I had with Dr. Soyka. Being a Brca2 carrier and having a familial history, my nerves were already at a high point, not to mention lots of Dr. visits with offices that felt too busy for me and my case. Dr. Soyka welcomed me in, made me feel like a friend while still maintaining a level of professionalism, and provided me with thorough care. There is no one else I trust with my gastro care.
“Cold, Dismissive Care – Very Disappointed” I waited six long weeks to see Dr. Caroline Soyka, hoping for some answers and compassion. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.
