I would want to give her a review. She cares about her patients. I am glad to have her when I need it. She handles things right then and there if I asked her.
My visit was horrible I will never go to see her again. I have been having a really hard time lost everything I owned in a fire she was very mean to me did not refill any of my meds. She has been filling these for 3 years. I have never had a doctor talk to me the way she did. I left in tears. Now I have to find a new family doctor. Would never recommend her. I am 67 years old this should not be happening to me. Now I’m going to get ahold of the medical board and let them know what happened. I know someone on that board
Waited 40 minutes before I was seen. Asked more questions about my personal life than my medical history and offered me zero solutions. No lab work, specialist referral, nothing. Do not see her if you have a problem you want resolved.
Dr. Robichaux is very patient, friendly, and thorough. She’s a good listener, and talking to her is like talking a friend. She makes me feel very cared for!
