Graham and the leasing team have been an absolute pleasure! Always happy to run into them and very impressed with the professionalism of the entire team.
We had a tour of these beautiful luxury apartments today and couldn't have fell more in love with an apartment complex. It had the feel of a high end boutique hotel. Every detail from the clubhouse, gym, pool, lobby was impeccable. The gym was nicer than most gyms that charge a membership over $100 a month. The team at Caroline Ralston Creek is wonderful to work with and so hospitable. We have had the privilege of providing their plantscape design and on-going plant care service. You can really see how much they care about their residents’ experience through their extensive amenities and absolutely gorgeous community spaces. What a beautiful place to live!
OK going to revise my review. #1, what a super prompt response I recd from Caroline Ralston Creek. #2 I did not realize that these units were STILL BEING BUILT. They will be ready in May. So I apologize, that totally explains the lack of pricing. They are still working with the web designer. What a shame, I cannot wait til May. It seems like CRC may be the pioneers to turn things around in CO, as far as affordable living that does NOT come with Roaches, Bedbugs, Mice infestation, unobtainable maintenance, safety issue etc. G... read more
