We are still mostly happy here, but now that the building is almost full, I think we are beginning to see the corporate mask slip. I would caution anyone looking to move in at this point; you are not going to get the service and care that was promised when the buildings were empty and they were desperate for residents. Been a solid community for my animals and I. Javier, Devin, and Roman are great maintenance workers. While everyone in the front office has taken care of me from leasing to community issues. Great amenities and very walkable from a lot of grocery stores and bus stops. Would recommend.

Fantastic place to live so far. Office staff is incredible and friendly (Graham, Tina, Megan and Ashley). I’ve only had to call maintenance once for new construction problems and they were fast and efficient as well. Update: I just wanted to add a little more. It’s winter now, and I’ve been here since June. The pool is still warm and open, hot tub runs great! The snow, although infrequent, has been cleared promptly by the awesome facilities crew. Throughout my time living in this complex, the entire team has exceeded my expectations. The kindness and professionalism Graham showed during my tour made a lasting impression, and two years later that same tone is still there.
