New and pretty. Lots of empty apartments. Retail spaces are all empty. Nice move in special. Washer & Dryer are huge. Fridge by gym with sign for cold water after your workout is usually empty but they usually have wet towels with essential oils to wipe off stocked in the other fridge. There is a filtered water bottle refill. Advertised nitro cold brew on tap for resident use is usually empty and they sent an email out telling us it’s not for our daily use and they only get a small amount every month. Arrogant, hostile, unhelpful leasing agents. Broken and out of order amenities . Rent increases every month for seemingly no reason.
Moved in about a month ago and have been impressed. Amenities are amazing and management has been great to work with.
