The sale of my dad's home in Stowe VT was long anticipated, as were the numerous complications in preparing the house for sale -- especially from the long distance away for myself and two sisters. Caroline was absolutely wonderful to work with!! She was creative, straightforward and rolled up her sleeves to help out any time this was needed, and all with a smile : ) She also was quick with the excellent referrals and resources when needed. Caroline was KEY to making our sale happen since we were out of state sellers and a complicated ownership situation. She handled it beautifully. I don't know what we would have done without her!! I can't recommend her enough to sellers or buyers!
