I had a 1:00 appointment on a Thursday. I showed up and no one was there! The door to the offices were locked, no one answered the phones, and I haven't been able to get into contact with anyone since. I have never experienced such a lack of professionalism before. I waited 90 min to see Dr. Colin for BOTH of the appts I had with her before switching to another provider. I got test results back almost 2 weeks after a test was done with instructions to get a prescription filled, long after the symptoms were gone. I went for my Nuchol test, got scary results, and tried to call Dr. Colin to discuss the situation without hearing back from her for 3 days. She is the best Will miss her beyond words after she leaves in July
Nobody there care about the time, for every single steps I should wait long time!!! They gave me an email address that no body replysback, and even on their web profile I sent a message nobody answered yet. It's almost 5 days passed, and I didn't receive any test result, not on the profile , not via email nor phone call!!! They didn't even give me the ultrasound image. They didn't give me any info about my baby health or my health!!!
Stunningly poor doctor.
Absolutely do not go here. She has zero understanding of time management. Never keeps appointment times. Last three times has kept me waiting for over hour and a half. No apologies. No heads up she is running late. Highly unprofessional. Doesn't even seen to be embarrassed when she finally sees you. Appears tired and not engaged in you and your needs. Terrible
Dr Colin is a wonderful doctor who is incredibly approachable and knowledgeable. I was so happy with my care and her guidance throughout my pregnancy and delivery.
