Overall great atmosphere and care. Psychotherapy can be a struggle because they can only go the same pace as you are and not everyone heals at the same rate. It's hard to gauge a service based on healing alone, but everything else is fair game. That being said, I found Serene ranch to be a great place to really find yourself; find ways to know your body, and learn how to relax and get in tune with your body. Alan Kostyniuk was very condescending and narcissistic throughout the times I saw him. As soon as I walked through the door the very first question he asked me was "How are you paying?" I found it very poor form as it characterized someone who did not honestly care about their patients. He then proceeded to tell me that the only reason he was still practicing psychology is due to the failure of his own business, a bed and breakfast which he had tried to start.
