This was by far the worst experience I have had with a medical clinic. The front desk staff hung up on me without saying a word, which was extremely rude and unprofessional. I have never experienced such poor customer service.

Dr. Stratz is always available to help with any questions and requests. Either by phone via call or text she never makes you wait for a response. Scheduling an appointment with her in person as well is quick and easy. Her bedside manner is kind, companionate and she never rushes an office visit. She is also very thorough in her explanation of things. The office is well run with an incredible staff that is also kind, compassionate, professional and always available. I've been a patient of Dr. Stratz for almost 15 years. I continue to see her because she is very approachable and treats the "whole person". She listens to how I'm feeling both physically and emotionally and takes everything into account when providing my healthcare.
