Poor experience. I waited for over an hour in an exam room. No one checked on me or provided status updates. I never did get an eye exam.
Dr. Robison is wonderful! This was my first visit to the office. She is professional efficient, caring, patient, and obviously really likes what she does. I shall return And refer friends.
Terrible experience. I didn't meet the optometrist for a exam, either due to overbooking or the staff's time management. I arrived early. Filled out the required paperwork, provided by the receptionist. I completed two preliminary exams, by a assistant. I was then seated in another room for the actual eye exam, where I was told that the optometrist would be right in.
