Dr. Robison is wonderful! This was my first visit to the office. She is professional efficient, caring, patient, and obviously really likes what she does. I shall return And refer friends.
Terrible experience. I didn't meet the optometrist for a exam, either due to overbooking or the staff's time management. I arrived early. Filled out the required paperwork, provided by the receptionist. I completed two preliminary exams, by a assistant. I was then seated in another room for the actual eye exam, where I was told that the optometrist would be right in. I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Robison at her optometry office. She was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough throughout my entire visit. What really stood out was that she found a way to pencil me into her already busy schedule at the last minute — something I truly appreciated. Big shoutout to Mrs. Jackie as well!
