Caroline is awesome. I have seen Dr. Craig Rutland as my PCP for almost 10 years, and a few years ago, I brought up some mental hardships I was experiencing. I am so thankful he referred me to Caroline for a more specialized approach to anxiety and depression. Ii have been in therapy for over 25 yrs and I have never had someone like her. She helps me understand what's going on and not just throwing diagnosis around. I recommend her to all my nerodivergant friends and family.
