LOVED my experience with Soft Spell Bodywork! My massage was so soothing, the space is very calm and inviting, and Caroline was great at working with my body's needs. She also checked in to make sure I was comfortable throughout the process. It was my first time with cupping, and I look forward to the next!
Caroline offers a remarkable experience in that she attentively inquires about & gives focus to my health history & recent changes in my condition, she notices changes in my movements, and throughout the session she uses a gentle physical touch to assess what seems most beneficial for my body. Caroline's ease with communication creates comfort & confidence. Her use of various massage modalities as she intuitively provides treatment is exceptional. For 6 months I've been receiving & benefitting from her care.
I have been seeing Caroline for over a year for chronic neck and back pain. She does an amazing job, listens to my needs, and has really helped me manage my pain. She is also kind and a really cool lady!! I would highly recommend her if you’re looking for an excellent massage therapist!!!
