I regretfully purchased a dress (which was off the rack ) with a large stain on the back of the dress - they acknowledged the stain - and said would remove it previously when I was having it tailored. This was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances . I’ve emailed twice asking about how they can remove the stain as per promised - but no reply. For a “designer brand “ it’s disheartening .

The Caroline Castigliano team was absolutely amazing! They worked magic to help me find my dream wedding dress for my last-minute wedding. The whole team were absolute angels, especially Adrienne, who was so kind and supportive. Their tailoring team did a fabulous job, and everything was perfect. I couldn’t recommend them more!
I had such an incredible experience choosing my wedding dress at Castigliano, the way her dresses fit are like no other. Alice at the Knightsbridge store is incredible, when I went with my mum to show her the dress we cried. It’s such a beautiful experience to get your wedding dress there.
I am so grateful for Caroline and her amazing team to create my bespoke wedding gown! The corset was super comfortable and everyone commented on the beautiful floaty silk organza skirt. I loved my dress, it was everything I ever dreamt of. Would definitely recommend.
