Dr Caroline Ball seems to be all about profit and less about care. I was charged $81 (47 from her and 34 from the facility) for what she coded as a smoking cessation counseling session that in reality was nothing more than her simply asking me if I was still a smoker and said it would be good if I stayed off the cigs (which I was).
