Laura and her team work very hard to maintain a safe, clean property for the residents. They have always been helpful, fair and quick to respond to any communications. Thank you for all that you do.
Caroline Apartments are safe, clean, and the property managers Kassandra💛 and Laura are fantastic. 10/10 recommend. I’ve lived here a year and no issues have gone unresolved and maintenance team is quick and responsive.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a great 4 years at the Caroline. Special thanks to Laura B. for her help coordinating our out of state move. We will miss Charleston and the Caroline! Thank you!!
The Caroline has been amazing to live at! The office is super easy to work with, and the proximity to musc and the river dog Stadium has been awesome.
