Very nice , professional, explained what she was intending to do . My biggest problem is the 15 times I tried to get into Gateway patient portal. I could not . Very dissapointed in the gateway. Can’t get any info

Dr. Banks was amazing at listening intently and instrumental at providing a solid care plan. Her compassion for allowing me to feel comfortable shedding a few tears during my appointment, certainly places her at the top of my list of providers!!
A truly wonderful person with an amazing staff
I was referred to Mass Eye and Ear Infirmary by my Primary Care Provider, when I presented with some unusual and challenging symptoms, which had not been ameliorated within my personal Healthcare Community. From Dr. Freitag, who first consulted and provided care, to Dr. Banks, whom I now see on a regular basis, I have received excellent advice and treatments, and I could not be more pleased and grateful.
